I’ve been absent from Tumblr for so long… I feel really shitty. I went skiing for 2 weeks and because you need lots of energy to survive 6h of skiing every day I ate a lot. I didn’t lose any weight because the food in the hotel was so unhealthy and horrible. They hadn’t had any fruit or vegetables…it was really awful.
When I came back I could not dive right into healthy or ‘wanting to lose weight’ - eating habits so I started to eat like a fucking pig. I kind of found my way back now. Thank god.
And because it’s warmer outside I can take my bike to school and burn 200 extra calories per day ;)

breakfast:
fat free yoghurt: 50 cal

dark whole grain bread with cream cheese: 150 cals

snack:
big orange: 0 cal

lunch:
tuna bagel with cucumber: 350 cal
small latte: 25 cal

falafel + salad: 300 cal

bicycling: -200 cal

Feeling kind of good right now bc I’m going skiing for 2 weeks next week.
5 hours of skiing (and I’ll do more per day I guess) burn 1580 calories. That is so much. And if I look at what I’m eating, I hope I will lose a decent amount of weight.
