Feeling kind of good right now bc I’m going skiing for 2 weeks next week.
5 hours of skiing (and I’ll do more per day I guess) burn 1580 calories. That is so much. And if I look at what I’m eating, I hope I will lose a decent amount of weight.
Fingers crossed.

I was at a party Last night and this one (really cute) guy picked me up, because he wanted to protect me from THE EVIL. (he was really really drunk).

One and a half week of eating less and boom my Body adjusted and is not hungry all the Time. I also finally managed to notice the difference between hunger and appetite. Yay.
